Allow Me To Introduce Myself!
Hey there! I'm Cade, and I’d like to personally welcome you to my site where I’ll be uploading my own variations of God’s limitless gift to us: Music.
I believe that every creative endeavor originates with God. And my prayer is that anything and everything I compose on this website will in some way point you back to our Creator, his love for us, and his love for what we create in his name!

As for my personal life, I’m 20 years old and I live in Grand Rapids, MI. When asked about hobbies, I typically tell people I spend all of my free time working on music projects, but that’s not entirely accurate. I also enjoy watching movies, playing videogames, and building legos (a hobby from childhood that I don’t believe I’ll ever be able to shake). Additionally, I like to prioritize staying rooted in my faith. That mostly consists of attending church, meeting with friends for Bible studies, and spending time reading the Bible on my own.
Why I'm Doing This
When I was ten years old, my mom took me to see Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier. I remember that mom was so bored and confused that she left the theater to do some work, and I on the other hand was hooked in a way I never had been by any film I’d seen previously. But the reason for that was different than one might expect from a ten-year-old…

It wasn’t the pulse-pounding displays of stylized martial arts, nor the mysterious plot of super-spies and genetically enhanced madmen running amok that captured my attention. It was the music. The cold metallic baselines and haunting synthetic hums of horror mixed together so brilliantly with the heroic Orchestral milieus and swells and those things captivated me in an immensely profound way . That captivation sparked not only my love for Film and Film scores, but most prominently my love for music as a whole. Where before, I had always simply wanted to become the characters I was seeing on the screen, I was now more attracted to the idea of creating the music that helped give those characters life.
After that day, I realized I wanted to Produce film scores.

10 years later I am actively pursuing that dream. Since the launch of this website in 2021, I've produced a myriad of my own music and gained a tiny following of people who appreciate my cinema-driven style. Each new project is a chance to continue to inspire people with my songs and replicate what it is about other songs that have inspired me. ​
